SHIPPING POLICY
Items in stock will be shipped within 2 business days USPS.

Items that are customized will be shipped within 3-6 business days USPS.

Normally, shipping costs are $4.00 (per address) for the entire order.
Please note at peak times (like Christmas) the USPS may take longer than expected. If expedited delivery is necessary, the package can be sent priority mail for the additional cost of the priority mailing ($9.00) USPS states they make every attempt to deliver in 1-3 Business days. From the USPS.gov website, "In most cases, the expected delivery date printed on your receipt or provided at checkout will reflect a delivery time of 1, 2, or 3 business days and is based on origin, destination, and drop-off time. The expected delivery data does not come with a money-back guarantee.".
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
If the item is damaged during shipping, please email us a picture to contact@cassell3d.com and we'll ship you a new item.
If at anytime the pieces you bought do not meet your expectations, refunds can be made as long as the item(s) are returned without damage within 14 days.
There is no refund for the cost of return shipping.
