If the item is damaged during shipping, please email a picture to us at  contact@cassell3d.com and we will ship you a new item.  If at any time the your order do not meet your expectations, refunds can be made as long as the item(s) are returned without damage within 14 days.  Return shipping in non refundable.

Items in stock will be shipped within 2 business days USPS. 

Items that are customized will be shipped within  3-6 business days USPS. Please note at peak times (like Christmas) the USPS may take longer than expected. 

If expedited delivery is necessary, the package can be sent priority mail for the additional cost of the priority mailing ($9.00).   

Normally, shipping costs are $0.99 (per address) for the entire order.
